Yesterday's adventure: Making fresh pasta. I came across a
I considered letting the boys help me, but I didn't want to get in over my head. To my surprise it was super easy. Two ingredients and about 20 minutes resulted in some fabulous noodles that were delish with homemade pasta sauce and turkey meatballs. The machine rolls and cuts the dough into various thicknesses. It is manual, but only requires a few passes through each attachment. If I become a master pasta maker I may consider buying the attachment for my stand mixer, but for now I can use the arm toning. JB and MC are excited to help me make more this weekend.
